ClosingMind — Beta Test Agreement
A short acknowledgment for the private beta. This is not the final Terms of Service or Privacy Policy — those are provided before ClosingMind moves beyond this private test.
By using the ClosingMind beta, you agree:
- This is a beta test. ClosingMind is an early test version provided free for evaluation. It may change, contain errors, or be unavailable. Do not rely on it for real decisions without independently verifying.
- Estimates, not advice. Everything ClosingMind shows is an estimate computed from what you enter. It is not tax, legal, financial, or mortgage advice, and we are not a lender or a mortgage loan originator. Verify all figures, eligibility, and deadlines with a CPA, attorney, or licensed lender before you or your client act on them.
- You're a licensed agent and you own your client relationship. You are responsible for the advice and disclosures you give your clients and for following your real-estate licensing, fair-housing, and brokerage rules.
- Your client data — use sample data during the beta. ClosingMind lets you enter client information. During this beta we recommend using sample or non-confidential information. If you enter real client information, you confirm you have the right and any consent needed to do so. As between us, you control that information; we process it only to run the app for you.
- How we handle data. We store your data to provide the service and sync it across your devices using our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your information. Local data is cleared from your browser when you sign out. We use reasonable security, but no system is perfectly secure.
- No warranty; use at your own risk. ClosingMind is provided "as is," without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Arizona. ClosingMind is offered in Arizona and governed by Arizona law.
